Arecont Vision unveils industry's first H.264 megapixel network cameras
IP megapixel camera leader Arecont Vision has introduced the industry's first complete line of H.264 network cameras. H.264 is a compression technology that allows for a wide array of resolutions and video formats for a wealth of applications. More effective than conventional MJPEG compression, H.254 is able to stream high-quality megapixel video streams while significantly reducing bandwidth usage. The Arecont Vision H.264 camera line is comprised of 1.3, 2, 3, and 5 megapixel network camera models.
