Already a leader in integrated home and small business surveillance, WiLife has recently released a new version of its Video Security platform WiLife v2.0, which features compatibility with Windows Vista and a host of other features, including:

  • Motion based recording to PC

  • E-mail and mobile video alerts

  • Remote viewing over an internet connection or a compatible phone

  • Easy, plug-and-play setup

  • Support for up to six cameras

WiLife (formerly known as Lukwerks) cameras are well-known for their flexibility and easy connectivity. Their innovative powerline "Homeplug" networking allows users to network their surveillance cameras over their existing power systems instead of over a network. This reduces complications in setup, and eliminates problems with bandwidth capacities (a common complaint about IP cameras).
